Manisali Food Industry and Trading Limited Company has been founded at 1885. It is the oldest company in Aegean Region. During four generation, knowledge has been transferred and production has been continued.

    Our factory is at Turkey-Izmir-Menderes and from Ottoman to nowadays, halvah, tahina, Grape Molasses and Sesame halvah has been produced in hygienic condition with using last technology, high quality principles.

    At 1986, Our company took Turkey Standards Institute Quality Certificate as the first firm in Turkey. Highest quality raw materials are selected and are controlled at the quality control laboratory.
